A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, INCREASING THE PETTY CASH FUNDS AND
CHANGE FUNDS, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1350.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously established Change Funds and Petty Cash Fund
levels, most recently by Resolution No. 1350; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the petty cash fund at the Fire Department to
$200.00, and increase the change fund at the Recreation Center to $100.00; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to maintain adequate petty cash funds and change funds for
operational efficiency;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Change Fund levels are hereby set as follows:
Finance Department 1 Water Fund 1 100.00
1 Municipal Court 1 General Fund 1 50.00
1 Parks and Recreation 1 General Fund 1 100.00
Golf Course Foster Golf Course Fund 1,200.00
(or less as needed)
Section 2. The Petty Cash Fund levels are hereby set as follows:
Finance Department 1 General Fund 1 700.00
Police Investigation 1 General Fund 1 5,000.00
Fire Department 1 General Fund 1 200.00
Recreation Center 1 General Fund 1 400.00
Public Works Div. II 1 General Fund 1 350.00
Section 3. Resolution No. 1350 is hereby repealed.
