A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
1368, WHICH ESTABLISHES THE 1997 WAGE SCHEDULE FOR
NON REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the classifications of Planning Manager and Project Manager have been
developed for the Department of Community Development and Public Works Department;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has completed a compensation review in order to place the
classifications of Planning Manager and Project Manager on the salary schedule for non
represented employees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the non represented salary schedule
adopted December 2, 1996, will be amended to include the classifications of Planning Manager
and Project Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The salary level for the classifications of Planning Manager and Project
Manager shall be established as reflected on Attachment "A" to this Resolution.
Section 2. All other terms and conditions of Resolution No. 1368 shall remain in force
and effect.
