A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO DESIGNATE A REPRESENTATIVE,
ALTERNATE AND SUB ALTERNATE TO SERVE ON
THE WATER PURVEYORS COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila relies upon the City of Seattle for water supply;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has executed the Water Purveyors contract, dated
February 25, 1982 and April 8, 1982; and
WHEREAS, formation of the Seattle Water Purveyors Committee provides for a
representative, alternate and sub alternate to be appointed;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the representative of
the City of Tukwila to the Water Purveyors Committee, the Public Works Operation
Manager is hereby designated as alternate and the City Engineer is hereby designated
as sub alternate to said committee.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF �TU KWILA, WASHINGTON,
