A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, INCREASING CHANGE FUNDS AND ESTABLISHING
A NEW PETTY CASH FUND, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1372.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously established Change Funds and Petty Cash Fund
levels, most recently by Resolution No. 1372; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the change fund in the Municipal Court to $150.00,
and add a petty cash fund in the Municipal Court of $300.00; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to maintain adequate petty cash funds and change funds for
operational efficiency;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Change Fund levels are hereby set as follows:
Finance Department 1 Water Fund 1 100.00
Municipal Court 1 General Fund 1 150.00
Parks and Recreation 1 General Fund 1 100.00
Golf Course Foster Golf Course Fund 1,200.00
(or less as needed)
Section 2. The Petty Cash Fund levels are hereby set as follows:
Finance Department General Fund 700.00
Police Investigation General Fund 5,000.00
1 Fire Department General Fund 200.00
1 Recreation Center General Fund 400.00
1Public Works Div. II General Fund 350.00
1 Municipal Court General Fund 300.00
Section 3. Resolution No. 1372 is hereby repealed.
