A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
1388, MODIFYING CLASSIFICATION DESCRIPTION TITLES
AND MAKING CHANGES IN DECISION BAND METHOD
PLACEMENT FOR CERTAIN POSITIONS.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has adopted the non represented employees' compensation
plan; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor requested an additional final review be conducted to validate information
for final placement into the plan; and
WHEREAS, the final validation review has been completed and the Mayor has made a
recommendation regarding modification of classification description titles and certain positions within
the Decision Band Method of placement on the salary schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following amendment is hereby adopted for the non represented employees'
compensation plan, effective January 1, 1998:
The Non represented Salary Schedule, Attachment "A as amended, which shows
the new classification titles, job titles, and Decision Band Method placements for
the non represented positions. The monthly salary schedule shall remain the same.
