STATE OF WASHINGTON.
Section 1.
It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any
firearms of any kind within the corporate limits of tg e
Town of Tukwila.
Section 2.
Any person violating the provisions of Section 1 of
this ordinance shall- be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a
fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars or by imprison-
ment in the County Jail not exceeding Thirty Days or
both.
Section 3.
ORDINANCE NO. 109
REPEALED by 295
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
This ordanance shall take effect from and after date
of publication.
Passed the Town Council and signed by me in authenti-
cation of its passage this 10th day of December 1925.
