STRUCTING AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRIVEWAYS WITHIN THE TOWN
OF TUKWILA.
Tukwila.
Section 1.
Any person, firm,or corporation desiring to open
up and construct any driveway connecting any public street
with any private property within the corporate limits of
the Town of Tukwila shall file a request with the Council
of the Town of Tukwila for permission to construct same and
obtain from the Council of the Town of Tukwila a permit
authorizing the construction of same.
Section 2.
Upon receipt of such request as specified in Sec-
tion 1, the Street Commissioners of the Council of the Town
of Tukwila shall inspect the location of the proposed drive.
way and shall furnish to the Town Clerk specifications for
the Construction of same which shall be made a part of the
permit issued to the person, firm, or corporation requesting
same.
Section 3.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating the
terms of this ordinance, or failing to construct any drive-
way according to the specifications of the permit issued
covering the same shall be deemed guilty of an offense and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than Five
Dollars 45.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars (*"100.00).
Section 4.
This Ordinance shall become effective from and
after its date and publication.
