Resolution No. 1420
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, INCREASING AND ESTABLISHING A
NEW PETTY CASH FUND, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO.
1377.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council previously establishing Change Funds and Petty
Cash Fund levels, most recently by Resolution No. 1377; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the petty cash fund at the Finance Department to
$800.00, and add a petty cash fund at Public Works Division I (Minkler Shops) for $200.00; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to maintain adequate petty cash funds and change funds for
operational efficiency;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Change Fund levels are hereby set as follows:
Finance Department Water Fund 100.00
Municipal Court General Fund 150.00
Parks and Recreation General Fund 100.00
Golf Course Foster Golf Course Fund 1,200.00
(or less as needed)
Section 2. The Petty Cash Fund levels are hereby set as follows:

5,000.00
Fire Department
General Fund
200.00
Recreation Center

Section 3. Resolution No. 1377 is hereby repealed.
