A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO RATIFY THE THREE AMENDMENTS TO
THE CASCADE WATER ALLIANCE (CWA) INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Cascade Water Alliance board approved three interlocal contract
amendments as part of CWA Resolution 99 -6 (attached) at the May 19 meeting; and
WHEREAS, according to Articles XI of the interlocal, amendments of this contract
require approval by 65% Dual Majority Vote of the Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Tukwila is authorized on behalf of the City to
ratify the amendments as stated in Cascade Water Alliance Resolution 99 -6.
