A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING SOLE
SOURCE PURCHASE OF GRACO LINELAZER LINE
STRIPER FROM ALPINE PRODUCTS, INC. OF AUBURN.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has budgeted for the purchase of a paint
striper (road marking machine); and
WHEREAS, City Public Works staff has determined that a trailer -type paint striper
best meets the operational needs of the department's maintenance requirements within
the available replacement budget; and
WHEREAS, Graco, Inc. is the only manufacturer that offers a trailer -type paint
striper; and
WHEREAS, Alpine Products, Inc. of Auburn is the only local distributor of Graco
products;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Public Works is authorized to purchase a Graco LineLazer Line Striper from
Alpine Products, Inc., as a sole source purchase.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCILIF THE CITY 2" TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
