Resolution No. 1456 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING SOLE SOURCE PURCHASING
OF A POLICE INTELLIGENCE GATHERING
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has determined the requirements of a police
intelligence gathering system; and
WHEREAS, the system has been funded as part of the approved 2000 annual
budget; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
purchase a system that not only meets local requirements but is also compatible with
cooperating jurisdictions; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that only one vendor (Isomedia and West-
brook Technologies) is capable of meeting these requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Pursuant to RCW 39.04.270, the Police Department is authorized to purchase a
Police Intelligence Gathering System from Isomedia and Westbrook Technologies as a
sole source purchase.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNC,IL.,OF THE y1fT O TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a Regular Meeting thereof thisJJ day of 2000.
