WHEREAS: The Council of the'Town of Tukwila, King County, State of Washington, at a regular meeting thereof field on the 9th day of October, 1923, made the following estimate of expenditures and recede from all sources other than direct taxation and of the amount proposed to be raised by taxation upon the real and personal property of said Town of Tukwila for the ensuing year of 1924. ATTEST: ORDINANCE No 103 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1924 FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE CURRENT MUNICIPAL EXPOISES AND PROVIDING FOR PED)TIOP OF BONDS AND THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST THEREON FOR THE TOM OF TUKWILA. ESTIMATE OF EXPENDITURES. A. Operating and Maintenance Expenses: Hall Rent 140.00 Clerk's Salary 120.00 Treasurer's Salary 75.00 Street Lighting 425,00 Printing and Postage 25.00 Marshal's Salary 10.00 Elections 50.00 Water Supply Investigation 300.00 Streets and Street Repair 1 Total B. Redemption of Debt: Redemption 1919 Bond Fund 700.00 Interest 1919 Bond Fund 420.00 Sidewalk Assessments General Taxation Total 1,120.00 ESTIMATED RECEIPTS. Total 1,600.00 2,065.00 X2,545.00 Grand Total 665.00 03,665.00 Section 1. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAII`•ED by the Council of the Town of Tukwila that for the purpose of raising funds with which to pay the expenditures as above enumerated, together with the Redemption of Debt, for the Town of Tukwila for the ensuing year of 1924, there shall be certified to the County Assessor of King County, Washington, the sum of ,2,065.00 as the amount to be raised by genets' taxation upon the Real and Personal property embraced within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila, as shown by the Assessment rolls of King County for the year 1924. Section 2, That this Ordinance :hall take effect and be in force from arid after its passage and publication.
