RESOLUTION NO 703
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED AND BILL OF SALE FOR
ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AND UTILITIES ALONG CHRISTENSEN
ROAD.
WHEREAS, Southcenter Investors, a joint venture, pursuant to
the requirements of Short Plat No. 78 -16 -55 (Recording No. 79- 060 50098)
has completed construction of a cul -de -sac street and installation of
utilities along the right -of -way known as Christensen Road, and
WHEREAS, the Developer further wishes to dedicate said improve-
ments to the City, along with property for the cul -de -sac, a City Park,
and River Trail, and
WHEREAS, inspection indicates that the street improvements and
utilities have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by the Public Works Department, and
WHEREAS, Dick Reeves, P.E., Wilsey Han, Inc., in a letter
dated July 20, 1979, has recommended that this project be accepted by
the City of Tukwila.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby accepts the dedication of the
street improvements along Christensen Road, along with that
portion of land necessary to build a cul -de -sac and property
for a City Park site and River Trail System.
And further accepts the Bill of Sale for all water lines,
sanitary sewer lines and street improvements located within
the street right -of -way.
Roadway and utilities are located as described in Exhibits
A, B, and C of the Quit Claim Deed and Exhibit A of the Bill
of Sale. All Exhibits are attached hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUK'WILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this ,,,W day of 1979.
