WHEREAS, Renton Area Youth Services, a non profit organization,
furnishes school and community drug intervention programs and family
counseling services, and
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has determined that these
services should be provided for the youth of the Tukwila /South Central
School District.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement for
services with Renton Area Youth Services in accordance with
the budget allocation, He is further authorized to renew
said agreement from year to year as long as it is determined
the services are beneficial to the youth of the area.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 41 day of 1980.
