RESOLUTION NO 709
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH KING COUNTY RAPE RELIEF.
WHEREAS, King County Rape Relief, a non profit organization,
has provided counseling services to individuals and consultant services
to community groups of the Tukwila area, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila wishes to continue to make these
services available to the residents.
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WASHINGTON
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement for
services with King County Rape Relief. He is further
authorized to renew said agreement from year to year as
long as it is deemed to be beneficial to the health, safety,
and welfare of the Tukwila citizens and is in accordance
with budget allocation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this c �5 day of 1980.
