HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 0726 - Finance Director Authorized to Segregate Assessment Roll for LID #24 (Local Improvement District)COUNCIL ACTlONi MEETING TYPE ITE I DATE I AGEND A I ACTION WHEREAS, Ordinance #959 passed the 19th day of January, 1976, approved and confirmed the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 24, and WHEREAS, the original assessment roll included, in part, Assess- ment numbers 4, 5, and 6 described as Exhibits A -1, A -2 and A -3 attached, and WHEREAS, Robert E. Storseth, partner in Fostoria Park Associates, has petitioned the City of Tukwila to segregate assessment numbers 4, 5, and 6 in accordance with the legal descriptions attached as Exhibits B -1, B -2, and B -3 and site m a p attached as Exhibit C. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this.,2J day of 1980. Approved as to Form: City Attorney Lawrenc WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO 726 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE A SEGREGATION ON THE ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LID #24. Section 1. The Tukwila City Council hereby orders the Finance Director to make segregations on the original assessment roll of LID #24. Section 2. Segregations, computed and approved by the Public Works Director, are as follows: ORIGINAL ASSESS- MENT AMOUNT AS ASSESSMENT AS ASSESSMENT NO. OF 01/19/76 SEGREGATED Section 3.
