a qualified consultant for professional services and,
WHEREAS, Richard Carothers Associates have submitted the lowest cost
proposal of the various firms contacted regarding Christensen Greenbelt Park Phase II
totaling $6,938.00.
WHEREAS, the OCD /Recreation budget has $40,000.00 identified for this
project in the 007.533.50.63.01 account.
resolve as follows:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a Professional Services Contract
with Richard Carothers Associates to provide consultant services for the design and con-
struction of Christensen Greenbelt Park Phase II.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this lit- day of 1980.

THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT FOR
ASSISTANCE IN THE DESIGN, BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION INSPEC-
TION OF THE CHRISTENSEN GREENBELT PROJECT PHASE II.
