RESOLUTION NO. 732
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DESIGNATING HORTON DENNIS ASSOCI. AS ENGINEERING
CONSULTANTS FOR LID #30 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that South 152nd Street
and 57th Avenue South will not be improved under LID #28, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have these streets improved
by creating a new Local Improvement District which shall be designated as LID #30,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to employ an Engineering Consultant
for preliminary study and design.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
at a regular meeting thereof this 21st day of APRIL 1980.
That the firm of Horton Dennis Associ.be employed as
Engineering Consultants for the City in connection with
the street improvements under proposed Local Improvement
District No. 30 and, subject to approval by the City
Council, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into
a contract for such purposes with Horton Dennis Associates, Inc.
