HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 0740 - 1981-1986 Comprehensive Transportation Improvement ProgramCOUNCIL ACTION MEETING I DATE I AG T MA I ACTION WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO 740 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED AND EXTENDED COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM IN ACCOR- DANCE WITH RCW 35.77 AND RCW 36.81. WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has previously adopted a Compre- hensive Transportation Program pursuant to RCW 35.77 and RCW 36.81, and WHEREAS, the City is required annually to review the work accomplished under said program and to determine current City street needs, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the Comprehensive Trans- portation Program on Monday, June 16, 1980, at 7:00 P.M. in the Tukwila City Hall before the Tukwila City Council, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to RCW 35.77 and RCW 36,81 and the public hearing on June 16, 1980, the attached documents, incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A, are declared and adopted as the Revised Six Year Transportation Program for the City of Tukwila. Section 2. This Resolution and Exhibit shall be filed with the Director of Transportation of the State of Washington no later than July 30, 1980 after its adoption as required by RCW 35.77 and RCW 36,81, Section 3. This Resolution and Exhibit shall be submitted to the Urban Arterial Board as required by RCW 35.77. Section 4. This Resolution and Exhibit shall be submitted to the Puget Sound Council of Governments as the designated Metro- politan Planning Organization pursuant to the FHWA Federal -Aid Highway Program Manual Vol. 4, Chapter 4, Section 6.
