CITY OF TUKWILA
WHEREAS, Patrick J. Lowery was employed by the City of Tukwila
on 6/6/77 as Crime Prevention Officer, and
WHEREAS, this position was new to the City and required
expertise to organize and establish the office and all subsequent pro-
grams, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Lowery had the background and knowledge to
successfully establish the position and contribute, through programs
and education, to the welfare and safety of the residential and business
communities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and City Council wish to express their thanks
and appreciation to Patrick J. Lowery for his contribution
to the City as a valued employee.
