WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has entered into an agreement
with Pacific National Bank of Washington for primary banking services
for the period August 1, 1978 through August 1, 1980, and
WHEREAS, upon mutual agreement of the parties, the agreement
may be extended for two additional terms of one year, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Director of the City of Tukwila recommends
an extension of the current agreement with Pacific National Bank of Wash-
ington for a period of one year, ending August 1, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this o2 ay of U 4 1980.
Apjroved as to Form
The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a one year
extension of the current agreement for primary banking
services with Pacific National Bank of Washington through
August 1, 1981.

Addendum to Banking Service Agreement as Authorized by Resolution
750, dated July 21, 1980.
AMENDMENT TO SECTION THREE
Term of Agreement
Performance of the obligations under this Agreement shall
commence the 1st day of August 1978, and continue for a
period of three (3) years from said date. Thereafter, upon mutual
agreement of the parties, the Agreement may be extended for one (1)
additional term of one (1) year.
This instrument contains the entire agreement between the
parties, and no statement, promise or inducement made by either party
or agent of either party that is not contained in this written
contract shall be valid or binding and this contract may not be
enlarged, modified or altered, except in writing signed by the parties
and endorsed hereon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
Agreement at Tukwila, Washington the day and year first above written.
