RESOLUTION NO. 757 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING
THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE A SEGREGATION ON THE ORIGINAL
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LID 25.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 1153 passed the 21 day of April, 1980,
approved and confirmed the final assessment roll for Local Improve
ment District No. 25; and
WHEREAS, the original assessment included (in part)
Assessment number 2 described on Exhibit A attached; and
WHEREAS, John Melin has petitioned the City of Tukwila to
segregate one -half of assessment number in accordance with the
legal descriptions attached as Exhibits B -1, B -2 and B -3 and
site map attached as Exhibits C.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Tukwila City Council hereby orders the
Finance Director to make segregations on the original assessment
roll of LID 25.
Section 2. Segregations, computed and approved by the
Public Works Director, are as follows:

Section 3. In accordance with RCW 35.44.410 (Segregation
of Assessments) the Finance Director will proceed to make the

plus engineering and clerical fees in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this day of ,1980.
