RESOLUTION NO. 761
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD
ON THE VACATION OF A STREET.
WHEREAS, Delores M. Magruder, et. al. have petitioned the City
for street vacation of that portion of South 139th Street extending 90 feet
westerly of Interurban Avenue, and;
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 35.79.010, the legislative
authority by resolution shall fix a time when the petition will be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 43 day of
1980 to hear the petition on the vacation of South 139th
Street extending 90 feet westerly of Interurban Avenue, as requested by the
above -named petitioners.

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this day of 1980.
