HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 0096 - Designated Site for Regular Meetings and Special Meetings (Repealed by Ord 569) ORDINANCE No. 96 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE PLACE FOR HOLDING THE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS OF, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA WHEREAS, Public convenience and the laws of the State of Washingto controlling the Government of Municipal Corporations of the Fourthd e and require that a fixed place be designated for the holding of all regular meetings of the Town Council of such Towns; NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila that the hall situated at the intersection of Main Street and Pacific Highway in said Town, known as Hull's Hall, be, and the same is hereby designated as the official Town Hall for the purpose of holding all reg— ular Council meetings of the Town of Tukwila, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
