WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has joined with the City of Renton in
retaining a consulting engineering firm, URS, to prepare a design report for
the construction of improvements on the Grady Way Bridge, which is located
within both cities; and
WHEREAS, said design report has been prepared and has been reviewed
by members of the City of Tukwila staff and the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
APPROVING DESIGN REPORT PREPARED BY CONSULTANTS
REGARDING GRADY WAY BRIDGE PROJECT.
The Grady Way Bridge Design Report prepared by URS is approved
and the City of Tukwila authorizes the City of Renton to notify
the engineering consultant to proceed to prepare contract plans
and specifications.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of January 1981
