RESOLUTION NO. 779
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE ADMINSTRATION TO EXECUTE AGREE-
MENT WITH CONTRACTOR REGARDING THE FOSTER GOLF
COURSE IRRIGATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila and the Ohno Construction
Company have entered into a "Contract for Foster Golf Course
Irrigation System" dated March 3, 1980; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Tukwila that that contract be amended to provide for the
work to be performed in two phases; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the City to pay the
contractor in full for that work which has been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Tukwila, Washington, do resolve as follows:
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of February 1981

The Mayor is authorized to enter into an
agreement on behalf of the City of Tukwila
with Ohno Construction Company pursuant to
which the "Contract for Foster Golf Course
Irrigation System" will be performed in two
phases, with Phase I of the work being
accepted as complete, and with the con-
tractor being paid in full, therefor.
