HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 0781 - LID #29 (Local Improvement District) - Warranty DeedCOUNCIL ACTION MEET T AGENOA RESOLUTION NO. 781 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED FROM TOM KATO. WHEREAS, under L.I.D. No. 29, one section of sidewalk remained unfinished, and WHEREAS, Tom Kato has executed a Warranty Deed to the City of Tukwila to allow completion of that sidewalk. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: The Tukwila City Council accepts the Warranty Deed from Tom Kato to allow completion of the sidewalk on the west side of 62nd Avenue South.
