The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
does resolve as follows:
That the lease negotiated between the City of Tukwila
and Golf Management, Inc. for the operation of the Foster
Municipal Golf Links, dated January 12, 1979, represents
an agreement encompassing various terms and conditions reached
after extended bargaining, and that the entire agreement was
intended to be an integrated and unified lease, including, but
not limited to, the provisions dealing with use of the house
and use of maintenance equipment.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington this 20th day of April 1981
