RESOLUTION NO. 7
WHEREAS, it is desireable to add the section of sewer line
installed in South 144th and lying east of 59th Ave. South to the City
of Tukwila's system, and
WHEREAS, Joan and Frank Todd have executed a Quit Claim Deed
to the City of Tukwila for said line, King County Recording No. 8106110465.
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR SANITARY SEWER.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
Section 1. The Tukwila City Council hereby accepts the Quit
Claim Deed from Joan and Frank Todd for and in consideration
of One Dollar ($1.00).
Section II. Location of said sanitary sewer line is as follows:
That sanitary sewer line east from manhole 82 -A, which
is located at the intersection of 59th Avenue South and
South 144th Street, to sanitary sewer manhole 82A -1 and
including manhole 82A -1, all which is located within the
City's right -of -way of South 144th Street located in the
SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M. in King County, Washington.
