RESOLUTION NO. 796
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD
ON THE VACATION OF A STREET.
WHEREAS, the following property owners have petitioned the City
for street vacation of that portion of 54th Avenue South lying between South
166th Street and South 168th Street

WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 35.79.010, the legislative
authority, by resolution, shall fix a time when the petition will be
heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 6th day of October,
1981, to hear the petition on the vacation of 54th Ave. South, lying
between South 166th Street and South 168th Street, as requested by the
above same petitioners.

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 1st day of September 1981.

Pursuant to RCW 35.79.010
1. The undersigned petitioners hereby request the vacation of the following
described portion of right -of -way located in the City of Tukwila.
That portion of 54th Avenue South (platted) between South 166th Street
and South 168th Street.
2. The name and address of all owners of property abutting on said portion
are as follows:

3. In accordance with Section 18.10.010, Ordinance #1006, the $150.00 fee
for street vacation is subject to Council Action.
4. The undersigned petitioners constitute more than two thirds of the owners
