AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF GUNDAKER' S
INTERURBAN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SEATTLE, NO','7 A PART OF
THE TOT 7N OF TITDVILA:
1 On October 13, 1921, a Petition was f iled with the Town
Council of Tukwila for the vacation of certain portions of
Gundaker's Interurban Addition to the City of Seattle, now
a part of the Town of Tukwila, to -wit:
All of Block One (1) and the North one -half (N2) of
Block Two (2), as well as Morrison Street and Joy
Street, and that portion of Montana Street adjacent
to Lots Twenty -one, Twenty -two and Twenty- three,
(21,22 23). in Block Two (2) and,
7&1EREAS, Pursuant to action of said 'Town Council on October 13th,
1921, due notice of hearing on said Petition was posted
as required by .laver; and,
WEGMAS, Hearing on said Petition was held on November 10, 1921
and no objection was made to the vacation of the a Bove
described property as prayed for in the Petition above
recited,
NO -W THEREFORE, 1 IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TUKIIIil,
That All of Block One (1) and the North one -half (N-D of
Block Two (2), as well as Morrison Street, Joy Street, -and
all that portion of Montana Street adjacent to Lots Twenty-
one, Twenty -two and Twenty -three (21,22 23) in Block
Two (2), all a part of Gundaker's Interurban Addition to the
City of Seattle, (Now Town of Tukviila) be, and the same are,
hereby vacated.
Passed the Town Council and signed by me in authenti-
cation of its passage, this, the 13th day of July, A, D.
1922.
