RESOLUTION NO. 802
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS WITH
NATIONAL CASH REGISTER AND EDEN SYSTEMS FOR AUTO-
MATED DATA PROCESSING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, bids were received from five companies in response to
the Call for Bids for Automated Data Processing Services, and
WHEREAS, the firm of Niemi, Holland and Scott has completely
reviewed the proposals and recommends the bid be awarded to National Cash
Register and Eden Systems.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute contracts with
National Cash Register and Eden Systems for Automated Data
Processing Services in accordance with the Call for Bid response.
(Contract)
National Cash Register will provide the computer hardware
and system software and Eden Systems will provide the ap-
plication software and do the training and installation of
the system.
The total five -year cost will be no more than $93,110 plus
interest charges.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 3rd day of November 1981.
