CITY of TUKWILA
WHEREAS, Puget Western, Inc. has surplused particular parcels
of property and offered to sell them to the City of Tukwila, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the offer and expressed
interest in the acquisition of certain parcels for public use.
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 5th day of January 1982

RESOLUTION NO. 808
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO PURCHASE SURPLUS
PROPERTY FROM PUGET WESTERN, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept the offer
of Puget Western, Inc. to sell surplus property to the City
of Tukwila.
Section 2. Parcels to be included in purchase are:
#2 $2,600
#3, 4, 5 ($100 each) 300
#6, 7 ($500 each) $1,000
#8, 9 ($1.00 each) 2
TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE $3,902
Section 3. Area map attached for reference to location of
parcels.
Section 4. City desires title. insurance and accepts the offer
of Puget Western, Inc. to share one -half (1/2) the cost for
the policy in the amount of the applicable sale price.
