RESOLUTION NO. 811
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RECOGNIZING SUNWOOD BOULEVARD AS THE NAME FOR THE
PRIVATE ACCESS STREET TO THE SUNWOOD CONDOMINIUM
DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, Pacific Townhouse Builders, developers of Sunwood
Condominiums, have named the private access street to the development
"Sunwood Boulevard,” and
WHEREAS, the condominium owners have requested a street sign
identifying "Sunwood Boulevard" be placed on city right -of -way along
62nd Avenue South, and
WHEREAS, prior to installation of this sign, it is adviseable
for the City to officially recognize the street name as "Sunwood Boulevard."
Approved as to Form
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby acknowledges and accepts the
name "Sunwood Boulevard" for the access street from 62nd
Avenue South to the Sunwood Condominium Development.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 2nd day of February 1982.
