RESOLUTION NO 814
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE JAFCO STORE.
WHEREAS, the Jafco Store located at 17500 Southcenter Parkway
has donated a number of toys and games to the Tukwila Parks and Recreation
Department, and
WHEREAS, the Tukwila Parks and Recreation Department has a need
and can make good use of the toys and games in their pre- school classes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and the Tukwila City Council express their
gratitude to the Tukwila Jafco Store and thank the
manager, Mr. Ken Luger, for showing his interest in
the City.
2. The Tukwila Parks and Recreation Department is authorized
to accept this gift and use the toys and games to benefit
participants in the Recreation Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this '2nd day of March 1982.
