HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 0821 - LID #29 (Local Improvement District) - Segregate Assessment RollCITY OF TUKWILA A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE A SEGREGATION ON THE ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LID 29. WHEREAS, Ordinance 1184 passed the 1st day of December, 1980, approved and confirmed the final assessment roll for Local Improve- ment District No. 29; and WHEREAS, the original assessment included (in part) Assessment number 154 and 155 described on Exhibit A attached; and WHEREAS, Don Daly has petitioned the City of Tukwila to segregate two assessments into 90 individual assessments for each unit in Sunwood Condominium, Phase II, as described on Exhibit B attached. NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Tukwila City Council hereby orders the Finance Director to make segregations on the original assessment roll of LID #29. Section 2. Segregations,computed and approved by the Public Works Director, are as follows: Assessment Principal Amount New Principal Number Segregated Balances 154 155 WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. In accordance with RCW 35.44.410 (Segregation of Assessments) the Finance Director will proceed to make the segregations ordered upon receipt of a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) plus engineering and clerical fees in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).
