A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING
THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE A SEGREGATION ON THE ORIGINAL
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LID 29.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 1184 passed the 1st day of December, 1980,
approved and confirmed the final assessment roll for Local Improve-
ment District No. 29; and
WHEREAS, the original assessment included (in part) Assessment
number 154 and 155 described on Exhibit A attached; and
WHEREAS, Don Daly has petitioned the City of Tukwila to
segregate two assessments into 90 individual assessments for each
unit in Sunwood Condominium, Phase II, as described on Exhibit B attached.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Tukwila City Council hereby orders the Finance
Director to make segregations on the original assessment roll of LID #29.
Section 2. Segregations,computed and approved by the Public
Works Director, are as follows:

Section 3. In accordance with RCW 35.44.410 (Segregation of
Assessments) the Finance Director will proceed to make the segregations
ordered upon receipt of a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) plus engineering
and clerical fees in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at
a regular meeting thereof the /g G* day of 1982.
