ORDINANCE NO 90
AN ORDINANCE Fixing the property tax for the year 1920. for the payment
of the cur ent municipal expenses, and providing for redemption of bonds and
the pay er of interest thereon, of the Town of Tukwila, for the ensuing
year, 1920 TO 1921.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL O F THE TON OF TUKWILA, STATE OF WASHINGTON:

WHEREAS, The Tovm Counall of Tukwila, King County, Washington, at a pagukar
meeting thereof, held on the 7th day of October, 1920, wade the following esti-
mate of expenditures and receipts from all sources, other than direct taxation,
and of the amount proposed to be raised by taxation upon the real and personal
property of said town of Tukwila, for the ensuing year, 1920 -1921:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA:
Section 1. That for the purpose of raising funds with which to ;,ay the
currsnt expenses of the Town of Tukwila for the ensuing year, 1920 -19 there
shall be, and hereby is, levied upon the rea.7, and personal property embraced
within the corporate limits of the Torn of Tukwila, as shown by the assessment
rolls of King County, for the year 1920 -1921, a tax of nine and Bevan, /tenths
mills on each and every dollar of the equalized valuation thereof.
Section 2, That all money collected from taxes levied in accordance with
Section 1, shall be ap9lied to the "Current Expense Fund" of said town.
Section 3, That for the purpose of raising funds with which to pay the
interest due or to become due upon outstanding bonds of the Town. of Tukwila,
and for the creation of a Sinking Fund to provide for the retirement of the said
outstanding bonds, there shall be and is hereby levied upon the real and personal
property embraced within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila, as shown
by the assessment rolls of King County for the year 1A70-1921, a tax of four and
t,.ree /tenths (4.3) mills on each and every dollar of the equalized valuation
thereof.
Section 4 That all money collected for taxes levied in accordance with
Section 3, be applied to the Interest and Bond Redemption fund of said
Town.
