RESOLUTION NO. 831
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ENDORSING THE AFFORDABLE MONTHLY PAYMENT LOAN
(AMPL) PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
ENTER INTO A COSPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, King County is applying for 1983 Block Grant Funds
to continue the Affordable Monthly Payment Loan (AMPL) program, and
WHEREAS, this program helps homeowners fix up their homes at
low cost, thus upgrading the residential areas in King County and local
cities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WAASSHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 2nd day of August 1982.
Approved as to Form
The Tukwila City Council hereby endorses the Affordable Monthly
Payment Loan (AMPL) program and authorizes the Mayor to enter
into a cosponsorship agreement with King County Housing and
Community Development.
