RESOLUTION NO. 841
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO RENEW THE(CATV)COMMUNITY
ANTENNA TELEVISION CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH
3 -H MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, INC.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 662, passed December 4, 1978, con-
tracted for a consultant to administer and regulate the City's CATV
franchise, and
Management and Consultants.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
with 3 -H Management Consultants for the year, 1983. The
Mayor is further authorized to approve the yearly renewals
until such time as it is no longer in the best interest of
the City to do so. The contract shall not exceed the amount
authorized in the annual budget.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 20th day of December 1982.
WHEREAS, it is time to sign the yearly renewal with 3 -H

AGREEMENT FOR RENEWAL OF CATV CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
(3 -H MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, INC., and the CITY OF TUKWILA)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Contract for Services of 3 -H MANAGE-
MENT CONSULTANTS, INC., and the CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
entered into a "CATV Contract for Services and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend such contract as is
written for one (1) year.
The City of Tukwila and 3 -H Management Consultants, Inc.,
agree as follows:
(1) That the Compensation and Method of Payment,
Section V -A, shall read as follows:
A. Tukwila will not pay more than $512.25 for the
calendar year of 1983. Not included in the above expenses are
those activities that relate to paragraph V (C).
(2) That the duration of such contract as written
shall be extended for a period of one (1) year from January 1,
1983 to December 31, 1983, and Section 2 (A) and Section 5 (A)
insofar as inconsistent herewith is hereby superseded.
