RESOLUTION NO 843
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA RELATING TO
SELECTION OF A FIRM TO OPERATE FOSTER GOLF LINK'S
PRO SHOP AND RESTAURANT, APPROVAL AGREEMENT
THERETO AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
SAID CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila owns and has operated Foster
Golf Links since May 2, 1978, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila is in need of a qualified
firm or individual to operate the Pro Shop and Restaurant as part of
Foster Golf Links, and;
WHEREAS,Ernest E. Lueckenotte, a Professional Golfer's
Association Class A Pro, has submitted a proposal to the City to
operate the Pro Shop and Restaurant which is beneficial to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
A. The Mayor is authorized to execute the attached
agreement with Ernest E. Lueckenotte to operate the Pro
Shop and Restaurant at Foster Golf Links.
B. The Mayor is authorized to establish specific
approvals, regulations, policies and provide other
written information as required by the agreement
passed by the City Council.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of January 1983.
