RESOLUTION NO 857
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 707 BY INCREASING THE
PETTY CASH AND CHANGE FUNDS.
WHEREAS, The City Council has previously established Change Funds
and a Petty Cash Fund by Resolution No. 668 and amended by Resolution No. 707 and,
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the amount of the petty cash
fund from $250.00 to $350.00 in order to assure cash is available to make
reimbursement for authorized City expenses, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the amount of the Municipal
Court Change Fund from $25.00 to $50.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the currently allowed change fund be as
follows:
Finance Department 75.00
Municipal Court 50.00
Park Recreation 30.00
These funds are restricted to making change only.
Section 2. That the petty cash fund be increased to the following
amount:
Finance Department $350.00
This fund should be used for petty cash reimbursements only.
Section 3. Resolution No. 707 is hereby amended.
