RESOLUTION NO. 858
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA AUTHORIZING
THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSMIT STATE EXCISE,
SALES, AND LEASEHOLD TAXES PER STATUATORY RE-
QUIREMENTS.
WHEREAS, State of Washington Department of Revenue reg-
ulations require submittal of monthly reports by the 15th of each
following month, effective April 30, 1983, and
WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila must make provisions to comply
with these requirements,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby authorizes the
Finance Director to transmit the necessary funds /reports
to the State of Washington, Department of Revenue per
regulations.
The Finance Director will submit, to the City
Council for their approval at their first Regular Meeting
following the transmittal, the proper voucher documentation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 4th day of April 1983
