RESOLUTION NO. 861
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ESTABLISHING A CITY -WIDE POLICY ON REIMBURSEMENT
FOR EYEGLASSES OR CONTACT LENSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby establishes the following policy
as an optical benefit for City employees:
All full time employees shall be compensated to
a limit of $100 per year, or as specified in a
union contract, for either eyeglasses or contact
lenses. This benefit cannot be accumulated over a
period of years.
Proof of purchase is required to be attached to
the claim form when applying for reimbursement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 4th day of April 1983
