RESOLUTION NO. 866
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THE LABOR CONTRACT AGREE-
MENTS NEGOTIATED WITH THE EMPLOYEES OF THE TEAM-
STERS LOCAL UNION NO. 763, REPRESENTING THE PUBLIC
WORKS EMPLOYEES, THE SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES AND
THE NON- SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES, FOR THE YEARS
1983 AND 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the three labor contract
agreements negotiated with the employees of the Teamsters Local Union No. 763
for the period from January 1, 1983 through December 31, 1984. This Union
represents the Public Works Employees, the Supervisory Employees and the Non
Supervisory Employees.
One copy of each agreement is on file with the City Clerk.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a special meeting thereof this 23rd day of May 1983.
