RESOLUTION NO. 868
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, does resolve as follows:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a Quitclaim
Deed of Gift from Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company, a
Delaware corporation.
Quitclaim Deed is for a ten (10) foot wide strip of land
to be used for utility purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,

AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY.

The Grantor, MINNESOTA MINING AND MANUFACTURINV' Q 3 iz
COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, hereby gives, conveys and
quitclaims to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipality, the
following described real estate situated in the County of
King, State of Washington:
Parcel 1:
The West Ten (10) feet of Tract 2 of Andover Industrial
Park No. 1, as per plat recorded in Volume 66 of Plats,
Page 36, records of King County; and
Parcel 2:
The West Ten (10) feet of Tract 2 of Andover Industrial
Park No. 2, as per plat recorded in Volume 71 of Plats,

On this 28th day of February, 1983, before me, the
undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the State of
Minnesota, personally appeared Lewis W. Lehr and
James A. Thwaits to me known to be the Chief
Executive Officer and President, respectively, of MINNESOTA
MINING AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY, the corporation that execu-
ted the foreging instrument, and acknowledged the said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said
corporation, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and
on oath stated that they were authorized to execute the said
instrument and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of
said corporation.
