RESOLUTION NO. 870
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RECOMMENDING A SITE FOR A PARK AND RIDE LOT.
WHEREAS, Metro has studied the Tukwila area for a site to
WHEREAS, many meetings have been held to receive citizen
input on the site selection, and
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City council has, at two different
Council Meetings, heard presentation by Metro on site selections for Park
and Ride Lots and desire to make a recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby recommends that Metro
consider the site west of Interurban Avenue and north
of 52nd Avenue South for a Park and Ride Lot.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WAHSINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of June 1983.
