RESOLUTION NO. 881
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD
ON THE VACATION OF A STREET (FEWEL MCAVOY
GROUP 5)
WHEREAS, Fewel McAvoy Associates, Inc. and Group 5 Partner-
ship, a General Partnership have petitioned the City of Tukwila for street
vacation of that portion of South 139th Street extending 90 feet westerly of
Interurban Avenue, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 35.79.010, the legislative
authority, by resolution, shall fix a time when the petition will be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 10th day of
October, 1983, to hear the petition on the vacation of South 139th Street
extending 90 feet westerly of Interurban Avenue, as requested by the above
named petitioners.
