WHEREAS, the City desires to use its 1984 Community Develop-
ment Block Grant Funds in a meaningful and lasting manner, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and selected two proj-
ects that will accomplish these goals using the 1984 Community Development
Block Grant Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City's 1984 Community Development Block Grant Funds
shall be used to rehabilitate and restore the City's former
City Hall building and to rehabilitate three foot trails
previously constructed with Community Development Block
Grant funds.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of October 1983.
