RESOLUTION NO. 886
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREE-
MENT WITH THE PUGET SOUND INSURANCE AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the City paid a consultant to compile an analysis
of the City's insurance status, and
WHEREAS, the initial report showed that the City would be
an acceptable candidate for admission to membership in the Puget Sound
Insurance Authority, and
WHEREAS, to be eligible for participation in 1984, the City
must execute the agreement by October 30, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an interlocal
agreement with the Puget Sound Insurance Authority. Said
agreement to be executed by October 30, 1983.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of October 1983
