WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 887
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD
ON THE VACATION OF A STREET. (Sheehan)
WHEREAS, Robert J., Pauline L., Paul E., and Ver Len P. Sheehan
have petitioned the City of Tukwila for vacation of the unopened portion of South
133rd Street lying easterly of South 134th Place, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 35.79.010, the legislative
authority, by resolution, shall fix a time when the petition will be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 28th day of November,
1983, to hear the petition on the vacation of the unopened portion of South 133rd
Street lying easterly of South 134th Place, as requested by the above named
petitioners.

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of October 1983.
